The Governed Memory Imperative — Architectural Buyer’s Brief

For enterprise architects, CISOs, risk and compliance leaders, and AI program sponsors: why identity, model, and regulatory layers are converging on governed memory, the gap none of them close, and what a scoped pilot looks like. Version 3.1 · September 2026 — updated for the August 2026 hardening and governed derived-artifact provenance, with the stated limits included.

Technical Architecture Brief

Version 4.1 · September 2026. Runtime authority verification with credential pinning, separate action admissibility, two-stage retrieval governance, governed derived-artifact provenance, chained and sealed evidence, and the stated threat-model limits.

Independent Security & Architecture Evaluation

August 22, 2026 · Chimezie Emmanuel Uzochukwu, Independent Security & Architecture Reviewer

An independent functional, adversarial, and architectural evaluation of the Trace Continuity Sandbox covering runtime authority revocation, governed writes, PII handling and tokenization, safe retrieval, audit evidence, fail-closed behavior, and adversarial payload testing.

The evaluation documents the testing performed, results, limitations, weaknesses, recommendations, and the evaluator’s scoped technical conclusion. It is an independent evaluation, not a certification or a guarantee of security, and it is separate from the Run 1 / Run 2 qualification testing.
